November 15, 2017: Falafel, tzatziki, pita



Really branching out (for me) now with falafel and I've lost my recipe. Thankfully, I got it from my son so I know where to go to get it again.

I made the pita from this recipe: https://cooking.nytimes.com/recipes/1016071-homemade-pita-bread

I used about 1tsp + 1/3  of SAF Instant yeast (because it is what I have & use on a regular basis) rather than the 2 tsp active dry yeast the recipe called for.

Threw in some roast veggies to boot.

Very tasty!  The homemade pita (can you tell I like fresh bread?) really made it!
