December 31, 2017: Udon
We took a trip to visit the in-laws and, while I didn't keep up my normal #plantwednesdays, my son & I made some homemade udon noodles. Not bad for a first attempt -- could have been rolled just a little thinner (just a tiny tiny amount) and could have been cooked longer. My son made the dashi (soup) so I don't know what was in that.
