December 25, 2017: STEAK



OK -- this is definitely not a plant based diet but, heck, it's Christmas and I there are two veggies on my plate that would not have been there in the past.

Ribeyes cooked on the Big Green Egg, some leftover breads  (a sourdough based 1.8kg boule from Forkish's book and some dinner rolls my son made the night before).

Paired with our (me & my daughter)  first homemade brew -- a brown ale.  That took about a month and it was just ready for Christmas dinner!  Way better than I expected!
