Not a Wednesday, Not a plant

 Super Bowl Sunday (February 4th) -- I made pastrami on the Big Green Egg -- if you haven't heard of the "Green Egg", look it up.  I can't say enough about the versatility of this BBQ/Smoker...



To go with the pastrami,  I made two loaves of levain (sourdough) based Rye breads!



And if anyone were ever curious to see what the bread looks like before it goes in the oven...
